Ways To Make Yourself Happy
1. Take a walk around the track with Rigby.
2. Spend more time with the animals.
3. Sunbathe
4. Drink a beer
5. Listen to some good country music.
6. Leave your phone somewhere else.
7. Bush hog
8. Put on make up and pretend you have someone to impress.
9. Talk to someone that makes you smile.
10. Keep your mind wandering.
11. Clean something simple (dishes, tack, car, etc.).
12. Put on bug spray (it smells sooo good).
13. Forget that anybody else in the world exists.
14. Go for a drive (if it’s safe to!)
15. Think about all the things you like about your friends.
16. Think of three things you like about yourself (no need to get cocky).
17. Think about everyone who would give anything to be you.
18. Think about everyone who doesn’t have someone/something to love.
19. Think about everyone who has lost everything they’ve ever worked for.
20. Think about everyone who goes to sleep cold or hungry at night.
21. Think about everyone who fears for their life every single day that they wake up.
22. Think about everyone who would give anything to be you.

25. Some people express their love in different ways. It doesn’t mean that they love you any less.

the newest addition to Ballyclare… a beautiful mare rescued from auction, still in quarantine. just to be clear, this horse is NOT being mishandled. we were told she was broke (she may or may not be, she’s clearly still too shaken up from her ordeal at the auction to be comfortable with us yet), and when we realized that we wouldn’t be getting on her, we were just curious if maybe she’d been broke as a driving pony. nobody was injured (human or horse) and we’re giving her a LOT more time to settle in and learn to trust us before we try this again. nevertheless, we got some pretty hilarious footage at the end of it all.
